Belstead Mews - Ipswich
-
Following the success of our flagship site in Ingatestone we have now begun work another mews development, this time echoing the character of the beautiful Belstead House in Ipswich.
Twelve homes, varying between two and four bedrooms, have been carefully designed in scale and detail to reflect the 16th Century building and compliment its setting.

Ipswich, the county town of Suffolk, is surrounded by two areas of outstanding natural beauty - the Suffolk Coast and the Dedham Vale, known to many as “Constable Country”.
The town itself has a bustling central shopping district on the town’s Cornhill, a historical dock and busy marina - the waterfront area having recently undergone significant renovation and now playing host to bars, restaurants and cafés, as well as proudly boasting one of the UK’s newest Universities. All of which are easily accessible through a good public transport network in the area.
Belstead Mews is just a short walk from several supermarkets, restaurants, local pubs, and One Sixth Form College. Other highly regarded local schools include Ipswich School, and St Joseph’s College, Northgate High School, and Copleston High School. Ipswich railway station provides direct access to London Liverpool Street, Norwich or Cambridge, and by road the A14 and A12 connect to the whole of East Anglia. The river Orwell even provides another means of access to the heritage coast and out to sea at Felixtowe.
